T81 Unfinished Bourbon

Barrel T81 is an Unfinished 10.5 year old, 128.74 proof cask strength straight bourbon whiskey. With a mash bill of 60% corn, 36% rye, and 4% malted barley, it was originally distilled in Indiana and bottled in Sparta, Kentucky.

TASTING NOTES

NOSE Complex aromas of dark chocolate, clove, orange zest and dark cherry with a subtle herbal effervescence.
